This Privacy Policy explains how Neev Vidyapeeth Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand name NV Classes ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use our website www.nvclasses.com and our mobile/web application Deeple Mentor (together, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• Identity & contact details — student's name, parent/guardian name, email address, phone number.
• Academic details — class/grade, board, present school, chosen stream or programme, admission-test and orientation preferences, and application/registration details.
• Account information — if you create an account on Deeple Mentor, your login credentials and profile details.
• Communications — information you provide when you contact us, fill an enquiry or application form, or request support.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages or screens visited, features used, time and date of visits, and time spent.
• Device & technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers and diagnostic data.
• Cookies & similar technologies — our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate and maintain the Service, including processing admission applications and reattempt registrations;
• Verify your email address (for example, through one-time passcodes) and prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions;
• Create and manage your account on Deeple Mentor and provide the features available to you;
• Communicate with you by email, phone, SMS or app notifications about your application, schedule (orientation sessions, admission tests, venues), and important service updates;
• Respond to your enquiries and provide support;
• Send you information about our courses, events and offers (you may opt out of marketing at any time);
• Analyse usage to understand trends and improve the Service;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Depending on applicable law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India), we process your personal data on one or more of the following bases: your consent (and, for minors, the consent of a parent or guardian); the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service; and compliance with legal obligations. • We collect only the data reasonably needed to provide educational and admission-related services.
• We do not use a minor's personal data for targeted advertising or behavioural tracking.
• A parent or guardian may review the data we hold about their child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.

6. App permissions (Deeple Mentor)

The Deeple Mentor application may request certain device permissions to provide its features. Where a permission is used, it is used only for the related purpose, and you can manage or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Typical permissions may include:

• Notifications — to send reminders and updates about classes, tests and your account;
• Storage / Photos — if you upload a profile photo or documents;
• Camera — only if you choose to capture and upload an image;
• Network access — to connect to our services.

The app does not collect this data in the background without your action. If a permission is not required for a feature you use, you may decline it.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where it is used to strengthen security or improve the Service, or where we are legally required to retain it for longer.

10. How to delete your account & data

You may request deletion of your Deeple Mentor account and associated personal data at any time:

• In the app — where available, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account; or
• By email — write to contactus@neevclasses.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete my data", and we will process your request.

Once verified, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except for information we are required to retain by law (for example, records needed for accounting or legal compliance).

11. Third-party services & links

Our Service may use third-party tools (such as email, analytics and spam-protection services) and may contain links to other websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
