These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.nvclasses.com and the Deeple Mentor application (together, the "Service"), operated by Neev Vidyapeeth Pvt Ltd, trading as NV Classes ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service — including by submitting an admission application or creating an account — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms and supervise your use. When you create an account on Deeple Mentor, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

2. Use of the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms. We may add, change or remove features of the Service at any time.

3. Admissions, applications & tests

• Submitting an application, enquiry or registration through the Service does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to our evaluation, admission-test performance, seat availability and our policies.
• You agree that the information you provide (including name, contact details, academic details and application/registration numbers) is true and accurate.
• Orientation session dates, admission-test dates, venues and schedules are indicative and may change; we will communicate any changes through the contact details you provide.
• We may contact you by email, phone, SMS or app notification regarding your application and related matters.

4. Fees, payments & refunds

Fees for our courses and services, where applicable, are as communicated to you at the time of enrolment. Any payment, instalment, discount and refund terms are governed by the specific enrolment agreement or fee policy provided to you at that time. Unless expressly stated otherwise in that policy, fees are non-transferable. Please refer to your enrolment documentation or contact us for the applicable fee and refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell or publicly share our study materials, test content, videos or other resources without our written permission;
• Share your account access with others or impersonate any person or entity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or scrape or harvest data from it;
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or infringes the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, the "NV Classes" and "Deeple Mentor" names and marks, study materials, question banks, videos, software and their arrangement — is owned by or licensed to Neev Vidyapeeth Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence granted above, no rights are transferred to you. You may not use our names, logos or materials without our prior written consent.

7. Content & submissions

If you submit any content to the Service (for example, a profile photo, a doubt/question, or feedback), you confirm you have the right to do so, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

8. Third-party services & links

The Service may integrate third-party tools (such as email, analytics, payment or spam-protection services) and may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control. Features, content and schedules may change without notice.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant any particular academic result, rank, score or admission outcome. Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including each student's own effort.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neev Vidyapeeth Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neev Vidyapeeth Pvt Ltd and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including the Deeple Mentor account) at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service and request account/data deletion at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
